1. Introduction

Welcome to ShopStrikeFirst.com. This website is owned and operated by Centurion Holdings Group ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using this website, purchasing products, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree to all of these terms, you are expressly prohibited from using the site and must discontinue use immediately.

2. Authorized Distributor Status

ShopStrikeFirst.com is an independent, authorized distributor of Strike First Corporation products.

• We are NOT the Manufacturer: Centurion Holdings Group is a third-party retailer. We do not design, manufacture, or test the products sold on this site.

• Trademarks: "Strike First," the Strike First logo, and all related product names are trademarks of Strike First Corporation. They are used on this site solely to identify the products we sell. We make no claim of ownership over these trademarks.

3. Products & Safety Warnings

Fire extinguishers and safety equipment are life-safety devices regulated by strict codes (such as NFPA 10).

• Professional Installation: We strongly recommend that all equipment be installed, inspected, and tagged by a certified fire safety professional in accordance with local fire codes. Centurion Holdings Group is a supplier, not an installer.

• No Guarantee of Outcome: We do not guarantee that the use of these products will prevent property damage, injury, or death in the event of a fire.

• Product Specifications: All product descriptions and specifications are provided by the manufacturer. We do not warrant that these descriptions are error-free.

4. Shipping & Hazardous Materials (HAZMAT)

Most items sold on this site (specifically charged fire extinguishers) are classified as Hazardous Materials (Class 2.2 Non-Flammable Gas) by the Department of Transportation (DOT).

• Shipping Restrictions: We cannot ship charged units to P.O. Boxes or via air freight (Next Day Air) without specific Hazmat clearance and surcharges.

• Risk of Loss: All purchases are made pursuant to a shipment contract. The risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

5. Returns & Refunds

Due to the Hazmat nature of our inventory, all sales of fire extinguishers are final. We do not accept returns for change of mind or ordering the wrong size.

• Damaged Goods: If an item arrives damaged or discharged, you must notify us within 48 hours for a replacement.
  

6. Manufacturer Warranty

Centurion Holdings Group does not offer its own warranty on products. However, we pass through the full Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) Warranty provided by Strike First Corporation.

• Warranty claims must be made in accordance with Strike First Corporation’s policies. We will assist you in facilitating these claims, but the final decision rests with the manufacturer.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Centurion Holdings Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use.

• In no event shall our total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount paid by you to Centurion Holdings Group for the specific product at issue.

8. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Centurion Holdings Group, its officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of:

• Your misuse of the products (e.g., improper installation, failure to maintain).

• Your violation of these Terms.

• Your violation of any law or rights of a third party.

9. B2B & Commercial Accounts

If you are purchasing on behalf of a business or government entity:

• You represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

• Purchase Orders: Acceptance of a Purchase Order (PO) is at our sole discretion. Standard payment terms for approved accounts are Net 30. Late payments may incur interest at the rate of 1.5% per month.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of the State of North Carolina. You irrevocably consent that the courts of North Carolina shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.
